Our capital partners require a minimum FICO of 620 or greater to be eligible for all loan products (Bridge, Rental, New Construction, & Portfolio).

Yankee Credit Solutions has a minimum loan amount of $125,000.00. We charge a minimum broker fee of $3,500.00
